The constitutional reform of Mexico's energy sector, among other factors, has contributed to a strong outlook for Mexican real estate investment trusts, known as Fibras.

“This year is very promising for Fibras,” said International and Cross Border Transaction Partner Guillermo Uribe Lara. “It is a very promising market. We will see big things happening.”
