EU Airline Operating Ban Regulations – Update

On April 11, 2008, the European Commission adopted the seventh update of the list of third-country air carriers subject to an operating ban within the European Community for not meeting safety criteria. The initial list was established on March 22, 2006. Before the April 11, 2008, update, the list was updated on June 20, 2006; October 12, 2006; March 5, 2007; July 4, 2007; September 9, 2007; and November 28, 2007.
