Title I of the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA") protects individuals who have an actual mental or physical impairment that substantially limit a major life activity, who have a record of such impairment or who are perceived as having such an impairment. This program provides you with an update on recent court decisions and trends in ADA litigation and will focus on ways an employer can protect itself against ADA claims by injured workers.
