On Sept. 14, President Bush signed the Honest Leadership and Open Government Act into law. This webinar reviews the changes to the Lobbying Disclosure Act, the House and Senate gift and travel rules, the new campaign finance disclosure requirements, and other changes made by S. 1. This program includes a review of the existing rules and an explanation of how they change under the new law. Practical tips to avoid problems will be provided as well.
