Overview

Carrie L. Weintraub is Chief Professional Development and Human Resources Officer at Holland & Knight. Ms. Weintraub oversees the firm's talent management initiatives and serves as a strategic partner to firm leadership. She works closely with firm leadership to develop and implement strategies, programs and processes that support client satisfaction through the recruitment, development and advancement of professionals at all levels. She also coaches professionals individually, providing guidance on career and skill development and advancement.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Weintraub served as the director of attorney recruiting and professional development of another law firm. She also worked as a legal search consultant specializing in the search and placement of lateral attorneys.

Ms. Weintraub began her legal career practicing corporate, securities and tax law. She also served for two years as a federal judicial law clerk for The Honorable Mark A. Pizzo, U.S. Magistrate Judge, U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. In addition, she served as an adjunct professor in the University of Tampa's MBA program, where she taught Enterprise Organization and Capitalization.
