Ms. Gossman has experience representing corporate and individual clients in complex business and transactional disputes. Specifically, Ms. Gossman's practice focuses on resolving commercial contract, fraud and consumer fraud, insurance coverage, financial transaction and securities disputes. She has experience in all phases of the litigation process, and has represented clients in both state and federal court, as well as in Financial Industry Regulatory Authority arbitrations.
