Leonard Gilbert, Senior Partner in our Financial Services Group, moderated a panel at the 2008 Banking Institute, an annual program coordinated by The University of North Carolina School of Law's Center for Banking and Finance. Mr. Gilbert's panel looked at the intense negotiations that often come with intercreditor agreements between first and second lienholders, and the ABA's Model Intercreditor Agreement.
Mr. Gilbert is member of the Center's Board of Advisors for 2007-2008.
