Spring Meeting of the Department of Energy Contractor Attorneys' Association (DOECCA)

Holland & Knight's Government Contracts Practice Group Leader and Partner, Richard Duvall, will be speaking at the Spring Meeting of the Department of Energy Contractor Attorneys' Association (DOECAA).  He will address the risks to Government Contractors under the Civil False Claims Act and how such risks could increase in the event of passage of pending legislation. He will also describe some of the recent regulatory developments that could increase enforcement defense risks for contractors. DOECAA includes inside counsel to companies who have contracts with the Department of Energy, as well as outside counsel representing these companies.
