15th Annual Global Insolvency and Restructuring Conference

Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Practice Group Leader and Partner John Monaghan will be a speaker at the 15th Annual Global Insolvency and Restructuring Conference.  His program is titled, "Let's not do this again: Lessons learned from recent financial institution failures," a two-part session addressing the recent mortgage crisis and bank failures such as Lehman Brothers and the Madoff fraud. 

This event is sponsored by the IBA Section on Insolvency, Restructuring and Creditors' Rights (SIRC), a committee that is co-chaired by Financial Services Partner Leonard Gilbert.  The conference will be held at the Harvard Club of New York City from May 17-19, 2009.
