Aircraft Finance Associate Phil Durham will co-chair the Forum on Air & Space Law and the Commercial Finance Committee’s Subcommittee on Aircraft Financing (Business Law Section) Aviation Finance Conference.

Aircraft Finance Chair John Pritchard will moderate a panel titled "The Future of Non-Citizen Trusts: An Industry Perspective."

Mr. Pritchard will discuss the industry response to the FAA’s proposed policy clarification, the potential legal ramifications of the proposed changes to the FAA’s policy regarding non-citizen trusts and what these proposed changes may mean for the aircraft financing industry going forward.
