National Courts: Current and Future Trends

Litigation and Dispute Resolution Partner Stacey Wang will speak at the Inter-Pacific Bar Association's Annual Meeting and Conference on a panel titled "National Courts: Current and Future Trends."

The panel will take a look at different National Court systems from the perspective of how they have evolved or innovated to deal with litigation issues such as; efficiency, costs and quality of justice, including the use of court annexed mediation.
