Holland & Knight attorneys Richard Raysman and Amy Leder will speak at the Practising Law Institute's program titled "Cybersecurity Best Practices for Legal Services Providers 2017." Mr. Raysman will give opening remarks and present a session titled "How Can Law Firms that work with the SEC and Banking/Financial Services Clients Combat Cybersecurity Issues." Ms. Leder will present a session titled "SEC Regulation of Public Companies and Law Firms in the Context of Cyber Security."
