ABA TIPS Section Conference
Chicago, IL 60603
Holland & Knight is proud to participate in the third annual American Bar Association (ABA) Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section (TIPS) Conference, which provides attendees with a variety of timely CLE programs, ethics courses and networking functions.
At the conference, Holland & Knight will be represented by Partner Chris Nolan, who is serving as this year's TIPS Conference co-chair, as well as Senior Policy Advisor Norma Krayem and Partner Tim Ray, who are serving as panelists.
Because the conference has several transportation-related panels, the firm's Transportation & Infrastructure Industry Sector Group is a key sponsor, along with Holland & Knight's Chicago office. The transportation panels take place on Friday, April 28, and address: 1) The Future of Commercial Aviation Safety, 2) Anatomy of an Emergency Response: In House Counsel, Government and Insurance in the Golden Hour, and 3) Planes, Trains, Automobiles … and Cybersecurity.
Conference panelists will include in-house counsel from several transportation industry companies and organizations, including JetBlue Airways, United Airlines, Chevron U.S.A., BP, Great Lakes Dredge & Dock, Textron Aviation, Hyundai Motor America, Boeing, Union Pacific Railroad, the International Air Transport Association and the National Transportation Safety Board. Chris Nolan's co-chair message listing all participating in-house counsel and insurance claims companies is located on pages 6 and 7 of the TIPS Conference event program.
We look forward to seeing you at this highly informative industry event and hope you can attend one of the programs below:
