Navigating the "Age of Uncertainty" with Consumer Protection Enforcement
Holland & Knight Program
Suite 1100
Washington, DC 20006
Consumer protection regulation is causing significant uncertainty among many within the retail and consumer products industry. Knowing regulation trends and what regulators are thinking is critical to minimizing a company's risk profile. Holland & Knight's experience has found that many companies want to get it right. However, simply being compliant is not "winning" at compliance. A company needs to have its "finger on the pulse" so it is ready for whatever comes its way and is able to potentially avoid a costly enforcement action.
Holland & Knight, the National Bar Association Commercial Law Section (NBA-CLS) and the Word of Mouth Marketing Association (WOMMA) are pleased to host this dynamic half-day seminar that will provide tips to prepare your company for what the future may hold.
