44th ABA National Conference on Professional Responsibility

Partners Trisha Rich, Allison Rhodes and Peter Jarvis will be speaking at the American Bar Association's 44th Annual National Conference on Professional Responsibility in Louisville.

The following panels will feature Ms. Rich, Ms. Rhodes and Mr. Jarvis, respectively: "Aggravating and Mitigating Factors in Discipline Cases," "Hot Topics for Firm GC’s, Including Firm Lawyers as Whistleblowers" and "Alternative Funding Models and Other Hot Topics in Attorneys Fees."

The conference will also include a welcome dinner on Wednesday, as well as many other networking opportunities throughout programming on Thursday and Friday.
