Cybersecurity Best Practices for Legal Services Providers 2019

Cybersecurity Partners Mark Melodia and Richard Raysman will be participating in panels at the Practising Law Institute: Cybersecurity Best Practices for Legal Services Providers 2019 Conference on "SEC Regulation of Public Companies and Law Firms in the Context of Cyber Security" and "How Can Law Firms and Legal Services Providers Combat Cybersecurity Issues."

Mr. Melodia will be discussing the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) cybersecurity guidance, cybersecurity examinations and enforcement initiatives. The panel will also deliberate on the role that Board of Directors, Audit Committees and Management should take in the context of cybersecurity.

Mr. Raysman will discuss how law firms and legal service providers can combat cybersecurity issues for their clients.
