Powerful Witness Preparation

Partner Dan Small will be hosting a CLE seminar on "Powerful Witness Preparation" for the South Carolina Bar. Mr. Small's presentation will be based on his book, Preparing Witnesses: A Practical Guide for Lawyers and Their Clients, which discusses how to effectively prepare your witnesses for depositions, investigations and other testimony. Mr. Small encourages that even the most seasoned lawyer attend and hone their craft of witness preparation.

This seminar will also be simulcast in 10 different locations: Aiken, Anderson, Beaufort, Charleston, Florence, Greenville, Hilton Head Island, Myrtle Beach, Rock Hill and Spartanburg.
