Regulatory Committee: State Laws and Housing

Attorneys Daniel Golub, Jennifer Hernandez, Chelsea Maclean and Kevin Ashe will join the San Francisco Housing Action Coalition's Regulatory Committee meeting to discuss state laws and housing. Mr. Golub will present on the Los Altos SB 35 case in context of other recent developments in state housing law. Ms. Maclean will host a presentation titled "Never Do Another EIR: Streamlining CEQA." Mr. Ashe will discuss ways to overcome continued objections to ADUs and Ms. Hernandez will provided relevant legislative and regulatory updates.
