Mortgage Bankers Association Regulatory Compliance Conference

At the Mortgage Bankers Association's Regulatory Compliance Conference in Washington, D.C., Financial Services attorneys Leonard Bernstein and Bob Jaworski will join other regulators and policy makers to discuss practical advice to meet today's compliance challenges and prepare for what's ahead.

Mr. Jaworski will be speaking on the topic of the TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure rule (TRID), also known as the "Know Before You Owe" mortgage disclosure rule in the session titled "CMCP Track: TRID Compliance Basics."

Mr. Bernstein will participate in the "Ongoing Developments Track: TRID Exam Trends and Emerging Issues" session on emerging TRID issues and provide tips to help your institution prepare for its next TRID exam.
