Government Contract Labor Standards in Policy Initiatives

Government Contracts attorneys Gordon Griffin and Kelsey Hayes will participate in the National Federal Development Association's webinar about new labor-related compliance obligations and requirements for government landlords and developers. Both attorneys will address the federal minimum wage and how this can affect General Service Administration (GSA) landlords, developers and service providers. They will also discuss the new rules governing Project Labor Agreements (PLAs), and how those can affect new and existing GSA leases.
