Foreign Investment Regulations in the U.S. and Europe – Status Update for Investors

International Trade attorney Antonia Tzinova will participate in the Inter-Pacific Bar Association's (IPBA) 31st Annual Meeting and Conference. Ms. Tzinova will offer investors a status update of foreign investment regulations (FIR) in the U.S. and Europe. She will discuss new restrictions being implemented around Europe within the legal framework of approval for FIR. Moreover, she will provide awareness for what these regulations mean for any FIR in European countries and which issues investors should be aware of.
