The Hydrogen Economy: Hot Topics in Green Hydrogen

Tax attorney Amish Shah will join the Energy Bar Association's (EBA) Annual Meeting and Conference in Washington, D.C., for a session on green hydrogen. Speakers will address how to structure, develop and finance green hydrogen projects, including potential deal structures, negotiating renewable and hydrogen purchase and sales agreements, and pipeline transport. Other topics will include meeting clean energy requirements for the purchase and sale of green hydrogen in addition to qualifying for the green hydrogen production tax credit under the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 (IRA).
