VII Conference on Arbitration: 'Arbitration and Energy in the Era of Energy Transition'

Energy attorney Milton Montoya will participate in a conference organized by Universidad Externado de Colombia on arbitration in the country's energy sector. Mr. Montoya will also discuss issues related to climate change and the energy transition that are the protagonists of arbitration disputes. Furthermore, international and national policies that have been implemented to achieve said transition will be analyzed.
