COVID-19 Relief Fraud & Enforcement

Tax attorney Daniel Strickland will participate in a panel with other tax professionals at the Summer Tax Sumit about Congress' response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The panel will break down fraud and enforcement trends related to COVID-relief programs, including Payback Protection Program (PPP) loans and the Employee Retention Credit (ERC). The event is co-hosted by the St. Louis Chapter of the Federal Bar Association and Milton Law Group.
