From Intention to Action: 10 Rules for Allyship in the Workplace

In this program, Michelle will share what it means to be an ally in today's workplace and important inequities for allies to recognize. Using storytelling, data and exercises, Michelle will help you become aware of the power you have to make an impact. She will then share 10 insightful rules to become a better ally at work.

A recognized expert in organizational inclusion, Michelle is the founder and CEO of Inclusion Nation, as well as a TEDx veteran and the author of the best-selling book Authentic Diversity: How to Change the Workplace for Good.
