OFAC's Ease on Venezuelan Sanctions – What Changed? What Is Allowed Now? What Is Still Prohibited?

Financial Services attorneys Andres Fernandez, Gabriel Caballero and Daniel Noste will participate in a seminar covering updates on Venezuelan sanctions. The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) recently eased some of these sanctions, presenting both opportunities and challenges for investors and financial institutions. During this program, the speakers will explain the changes in the sanctions regime and what they mean for the finance industry.
