Tax attorney Joshua Odintz will participate in the American Bar Association Tax Section's Hybrid 2023 Pillar Two Boot Camp. This event will provide an overview of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development's (OECD) Pillar Two regime designed for tax professionals with little to moderate experience with these new global minimum tax rules. Mr. Odintz's session will focus on the Qualified Domestic Minimum Top-Up Tax (QDMTT), including qualification requirements.
