A Look at Arbitration Against the States of the Region in the Mining Sector

Energy & Natural Resources attorney José Vicente Zapata will participate as a speaker at the 4th International Conference on Energy, Mining and Arbitration IPA. This virtual event, hosted by the Peruvian Institute on Arbitration (IPA), offers presentations on topics related to energy, arbitration, mining and the environment. Mr. Zapata will speak on the second day of the conference about cases of arbitration against the state in the mining sector.
