Cross-Border Insolvencies and Chapter 15

Bankruptcy attorney Barbra Parlin will speak at the Practising Law Institute's (PLI) Bankruptcy & Reorganizations 2024 program examining current issues related to cross-border insolvencies and Chapter 15 bankruptcies. She will also explore the latest on Chapter 11, including updates on cross-border filings, as well as discuss the complexity of reorganizing multi-jurisdictional corporate groups. Additional topics include foreign main and non-main proceedings, current cases, challenging recognition and enforcing complex foreign plans.
