Public Policy of the National Government and the Mining Bill

Energy & Natural Resources attorney Milton Montoya will participate in a panel titled "Public Policy of the National Government and the Mining Bill" during the Energy Transition Forum taking place at the Universidad del Área Andina in Colombia. Mr. Montoya and other panelists will address the search for satisfactory and viable solutions from a political and economic perspective for the energy transition. They will highlight the importance of finding public policies that are achieved through cooperation, empathy, solidarity and teamwork, avoiding populism and simplicity in such a crucial issue for the future of the region.
