Data Rights Under the Small Business Innovation Research Program

Government Contracts attorney David Black will participate in a virtual panel on data rights at the American Bar Association's (ABA) Small Business & Other Socioeconomic Programs Committee June meeting. He will discuss the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program as it relates to data rights. Mr. Black will also examine existing regulations from the perspectives of both the government and private entities.
