Tax Law: Before the Sunset

Tax attorneys Brock Whalen and Joshua Odintz will be participating in virtual presentations during the Tax Law Section of the State Bar of Texas' 42nd Annual Course on Tax Law. Mr. Whalen will speak on textualism and how the formalist theory has been applied in tax cases during the first day of the program. The next day, Mr. Odintz will speak on regulations and policies that may impact tax reform in 2025.
