Boards of Contract Appeals Bar Association Fall Colloquium
Lower-Level Conference Room
Washington, DC 20006
Please join Holland & Knight at our Washington, D.C., office for the Boards of Contract Appeals Bar Association (BCABA) Fall Colloquium, which will include two informative panel discussions. The first panel will explore the state of professionalism in practice before the Boards of Contract Appeals (BCAs), and the second panel will discuss quantum theories and best practices for providing damages in board litigation. In addition to discussing these issues, our panels will also offer thoughts on how these matters might best be addressed by the BCAs.
Our distinguished panelists include two BCA judges: Kathleen O'Rourke of the Civilian BCA and Kenneth Woodrow from the Armed Services BCA. We hope you can join us for this highly informative and complimentary presentation. All attendees are encouraged to come prepared to share their experiences and ask questions of the panelists.
For those unable to attend in person, a Zoom call will be available for online participation. Please click here to register to attend virtually.
