Please join members of Holland & Knight's Government Contracts Group and special guests from NeoSystems, Forvis Mazars and FutureFeed for a discussion and update on cybersecurity developments for federal contractors and subcontractors.

The U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) and other federal agencies have made it clear that they will stop doing business with federal contractors who fail to protect information according to existing and forthcoming regulations. These requirements are growing at a faster pace each week: The DOD is rolling out the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) program, and civilian agencies are instituting mandatory compliance with security controls as well as broad-based incident notification requirements.

These requirements necessitate a clear understanding from businesses of all sizes, and potential investments in new technology can impact prime contractors, subcontractors and other suppliers – even if they do not have a direct contract with the federal government.

We hope you can join us for this highly informative event.
