RNG in Federal Tax Policy: Recapping IRA in 2024 & Tax Extenders in 2025

Tax attorneys Amish Shah and Elizabeth Crouse will speak at the 2024 RNG Conference, hosted by The Coalition for Renewable Natural Gas in Dana Point, California. This annual event convenes renewable natural gas (RNG) professionals from across the United States for conversations on achieving corporate sustainability objectives, complying with federal, state and local government regulations and maximizing revenue — all with the goal of increasing energy independence and expanding access to domestic and renewable energy and clean fuel supply chains. Mr. Shah and Ms. Crouse will present on the second day of the event on federal tax policy updates affecting the RNG industry. They will review what the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) can offer, along with what could come for tax extenders next year.
