AI Beyond FDA: Data Privacy, Policy Development and More

Healthcare and privacy attorney Shannon Hartsfield will be speaking on a panel titled "AI Beyond FDA: Data Privacy, Policy Development and More," hosted by the Food & Drug Law Institute (FDLI). This virtual event will explore the intersection of privacy law and artificial intelligence (AI) in healthcare, examining state, federal and international regulatory efforts. Ms. Hartsfield, along with other panelists, will discuss the impact of privacy regulations on AI models, recent updates to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and state-level privacy policies, AI companies' internal policies and cybersecurity concerns.
