ESOP Litigation Update

Litigation attorney Lindsey Camp will join a distinguished panel at the National Center for Employee Ownership's (NCEO) 43rd annual conference in Salt Lake City, Utah. The session will educate board members and internal fiduciaries about the roles and responsibilities of the parties involved in employee stock ownership plan (ESOP)-owned companies, discuss current trends in ESOP litigation and identify various ways to minimize risk associated with sponsoring and maintaining an ESOP.
