Antitrust attorney Bill Katz will moderate a mock trial at the American Bar Association (ABA) Antitrust Law Section's 2025 Spring Meeting in Washington, D.C. The three-day gathering of international renown will convene leading professionals in antitrust and competition law, consumer protection and data privacy enforcement. The mock trial session will feature cases involving online searches and digital advertising – hot topics in antitrust litigation – with the Honorable Daniel Crabtree of the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas serving as judge.
Attorneys David Kully, Kenneth Racowski, Timothy Ray, Caitlin Saladrigas and Anna Hayes will also attend the conference alongside Mr. Katz.
