Nonprofit and Tax-Exempt Organizations attorney Jonathan Blum will participate in Georgetown University Law Center's 2025 Conference on Representing & Managing Tax-Exempt Organizations in Washington, D.C. The two-day program will offer guidance on tax and legal developments that touch the nonprofit sector, with updates from IRS officials, insights on legislative priorities and analysis of current industry trends. Mr. Blum will speak on the second day of the event, when he will share developments on the unrelated business income tax (UBIT). He will run through case studies illustrating complex UBIT issues as well as explain typical questions that arise in UBIT audits.
