Litigation attorney Jessica Early will speak at the American Bar Association's (ABA) Forum on Affordable Housing & Community Development Law 2025 Annual Meeting, taking place in Washington, D.C. The three-day conference will provide a venue for conversations on the latest in affordable housing and community development laws, exploring topics such as U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) rulemaking, tax credit transactions, mixed-use projects and fair housing market updates. Ms. Early will join a panel exploring the current state of litigation in year 15 of low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) properties, including the most commonly litigated issues and best practices for exit documentation to help avoid disputes down the road.
