Transatlantic Review: Trade, Taxes and Climate
Public Policy & Regulation attorneys Rich Gold, Nasim Fussell, Beth Viola, Francisco Sanchez and Joshua Odintz joined three colleagues from Alber & Geiger for a discussion about the Biden Administration's recent actions and anticipated policies regarding trade, tax and climate issues with the European Union. This international panel of policy thought leaders shared their insights on the future of the digital economy and the OECD's Inclusive Framework. They also discussed Carbon Border Adjustment Taxes and other measures to address climate change. Lastly, they explored what the future of the World Trade Organization will look like and discussed whether President Biden will restore or reinvent the traditional transatlantic agenda.
