American Rescue Plan State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds

With the release of the first tranche of the American Rescue Plan's state and local fiscal recovery funds, local governments have the opportunity to make catalytic, transformational investments in their communities. Holland & Knight's Public Policy & Regulation Group hosted a webinar featuring key staff from the cities of Phoenix, Seattle and Buffalo, along with staff from Results for America, to discuss plans for using these critical funds.

This webinar covered the process/stakeholder engagement for using the funds and spending priorities, with an emphasis on how these funds can be used to advance equity.
