Government Contracts attorney Eric Crusius was a guest speaker on a Government Matters episode. Mr. Crusius discussed matters on federal contractor cybersecurity as well as Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC), or CMMC 2.0, which will have three levels. Mr. Crusius recommended contractors start preparing for this new model of CMMC by going to the controls to see which ones they are compliant with.
