Immigration attorney Leon Fresco joined a Bloomberg Law Podcast episode to discuss the U.S. Supreme Court's consideration of when the government can deport legal immigrants convicted of certain crimes. Mr. Fresco talked about the conditions required for deportation after a crime and expanded on the ongoing question on how to determine when a conviction can be categorized as obstruction of justice in order to deport the individual.
