Cierre de Edición

Energy attorney Regina Legorreta was interviewed on Despierta TV's "Cierre de Edición" program about the energy problems currently affecting Mexico. The National Center for Energy Control (CENACE) declared a state of emergency because of soaring temperatures, leading to rolling blackouts throughout the country. Ms. Legorreta explained how the national power grid works, what CENACE does to control and monitor this interconnected network, as well as highlighted various factors that affect energy consumption.
