Maritime attorney Sean Pribyl joined an episode of TradeWinds' Wavelength podcast to analyze what Donald Trump's return to the White House could mean for the shipping industry. One of Trump's campaign promises was imposing tariffs on a number of trading partners, including China, Mexico and Canada, leading shippers to rush to preserve supply chains and move cargo before the measures take effect. Mr. Pribyl explained it remains unclear what the tariffs could look like and whether they could have their intended effects.
