Clear! Reviving the Right to Removal

Judges created the revival exception to remove cases that are initially removable from the 30-day time limit. A defendant seeking removal must determine whether its case is removable and how to put that removal into place. There are a series of considerations that lawyers should take into account due to the fact that the revival exception does not apply to all cases.
