Natural Resources in a Pandemic

Energy Attorney Claro Manuel Cotes published a column in Asuntos Legales of the newspaper La República in which he indicates that the extraction of natural resources plays an important role in the economic reactivation in Colombia. According to Mr. Cotes, the country has enough natural resources both to be self-sufficient and export. Because of this, the exportation of said resources can generate employment, stabilize the costs of living and lead to economic benefits.
