Environmental Aspects of the Anti-Fracking Law Project

Energy Attorney Margarita Solorza published an article in Asuntos Legales of the newspaper La República analyzing a new project that aims to prohibit the exploration and exploitation of unconventional hydrocarbon deposits on national territory. The principal purpose of this project is to prohibit the use of any type of technique for the exploitation of these deposits, including fracking.
