Intellectual Property (IP) attorneys Ieuan Mahony, Brian Colandreo and Jacob Schneider authored the "Blockchain and Intellectual Property: A Case Study" chapter, which identifies some of the issues that may affect blockchain development and adoption. The authors cover the creation of a company's IP and efforts to assert IP rights against a company. Technology and innovation attorneys Josias Dewey and Samir Patel also served as the publication's contributing editors.
